Why We Built This

EmpowerMEN: A Wellness Experience brings Black men together for a day centered on the full picture of what it means to be well: mind, body, finances, and spirit. Through panels, expert speakers, and a hands-on health fair, attendees walk away with real tools and real connections across mental health, physical health, financial health, and emotional wellbeing, alongside a community that understands the weight men carry and the strength it takes to set some of it down.
